    Fine decor and thoughtful staff!

    Wow, this place was a total treat! The architecture is a mix of old charm and modern vibes. Got upgraded to a cool room with a fab view, and the staff were super attentive. The breakfast spread was insane! Only downside, it was kinda tricky to find parking nearby.

    Well decorated room, all in all had amazing stay.

    The most important was the staff - caring and amazingly attentive people. Enjoyed our rooms with balcony. We had a balcony, a high ceiling, and a big window in it. The services were good.

    We had a wonderful time. Truly enjoyed this brand-new hotel: delightful food and very attentive staff. Everything was excellent, yet a few employees were not that friendly. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of goodies. The location was marvellous and gorgeous, for example, National Museum of Romanian History was just a short stroll away from the property. What's more, it was not far from the historical center, all attractions and taxi.

    Loved the unique vault bar and the fine architecture. Service could improve. Staff seemed a bit distant at times. Rooms were verynice and neat, with great bathroom amenities. Noticed some loud air conditioning units disrupted my sleep a bit.

    Double room with comfortable bathrooms was the best. The location was top, relatively close to an European gallery. I had a delicious meal at the in-house restaurant. Was an incredible base for christmas.

    The architecture is amazing, showcasing a beautiful blend of historical charm and contemporary comfort. The breakfast buffet? An absolute feast with chef specials like made-to-order omelettes that are divine! Don't even get me started on the Vault Bar.     The place is just gorgeous! I was wowed by the fine decor everywhere. The staff were super friendly and kept everything super clean. The pool was a highlight for sure! It seemed like it was just for us since no one else was around. Only bummer was the available parking, kinda tricky.

    While the elegant design caught my eye, the room I stayed in was a disappointment with ordinary bed linens and a chilling temperature that I couldn't adjust. Parking is a hassle-there's none on-site, so I had to scout around for a space, and let's not even talk about the odd smell lingering in my room. It was also frustrating that the complimentary drink received during my first visit was measly on my second go-considering the price, I expected a generous pour. Plus, the phonic isolation was practically non-existent, allowing every sound from the hallway to intrude upon my peace. The absence of the bar was a letdown, given its hype. It felt more like a 3-star experience at 5-star prices, and I'm not inclined to return anytime soon.
